【提示"文件太大"】有些老款手机和部分国产手机会对Java文件大小做相关限制，当Java文件大于限制值，就会给出这个提示。遇到此类情况请反馈给我们。
【提示"文件已损坏"】出现这种提示的几率是很低的：在软件下载过程中出现了某些异常(如网络连接不稳定等)，导致安装包下载不完整。解决方法是重新下载软件，问题依旧的话，则需要清空手机下载缓存文件。

【其他网络软件使用正常】1)出现这种情况绝大部分原因是版本太老，可以通过下载最新版本解决。
2)对于Java软件来说，如果没有得到相关的授权，可能会使某些功能无法正常使用。安装goonuu后，在初次进行网络连接前会提示是否允许相关操作，当选择"不允许"类选项时，软件就没有联网的权限，从而导致无法联网。
